We like to keep things simple.

 

By completing a booking with us, you agree to the terms below. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us prior to making a booking.

 

• Clients must be 18yrs or older

• Clients assume all responsibility for their own health and hydration (water is provided)

• No cancellations

• Any rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before your booked session

• No-shows will not be eligible for refund and forgo 100% of their booking payment

• Multipass/packages are non-transferable

• Damage to towels will be charged at $20 but we will forgive you
  (please don’t come in with fake tan, it will stain our towels AND our saunas)

• Damage to saunas or property will result in a life-time ban and we will be really sad
